Pennsylvania Assets Network (PAN)

PAN represents a group of interested people, both professionals and lay practitioners, using strength-based community mobilization models to enhance positive youth development. Many members of PAN are using the Healthy Communities/Healthy Youth framework popularized and created by Search Institute, Minneapolis, MN. PAN produces a quarterly newsletter, co-sponsors regional seminars and hosts quarterly networking meetings across the state. Attendance is open all interested persons working on promoting healthier communities.

PAN is interested in helping communities integrate and bridge other youth development frameworks and initiatives such as Communities That Care and America’s Promise that are popular throughout the country.
